1. General Refund Policy
- No Refund After Attending More Than One Session: Refunds are not provided once you have attended more than one session of our training programs or masterclasses.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable if you have not attended more than one session and submit a request as per the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your refund request in writing to helpdesk.kshemkari@gmail.com within 7 days of enrolling in the program.
- Include your full name, contact details, and payment proof.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- After attending more than one session of any program.
- Failure to attend sessions due to personal reasons.
- Dissatisfaction arising from not applying or implementing the knowledge and strategies taught.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying your request.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional cases, such as program cancellation by Kshemkari Export Import Academy, a full refund will be issued regardless of the session attendance.
